How are SincerelyMe announcements different than some
of the e-card services that are available?

The difference is "Quality".
Most e-card services are completely automated, and the
end result is that they look like clip-art. Each SincerelyMe
announcement is created and personalized by a real designer
giving it an unmatched look and appeal. SincerelyMe announcements
also include your personal photographs that are color
corrected, sized, and cropped by a designer so that the
finished artwork is as sharp and crisp as it can be. Finally,
each title and piece of text must be sized and positioned
on the page so that it looks its best. That's why the
SincerelyMe designers take a "hands-on" approach.


How is the announcement sent to my friends?

If you have ever received a typical
e-card, it is very similar. Your friends will receive
an email that says it is from "your name". In
the email, it will say something like "... Click
here to view a special message from YourName". When
they click on the link, a browser will open and display
your announcement. You can either give us a list of email
addresses and we will send out the email to them directly,
or, you can send out the email to your friends your self
after we have sent the first one to you.


Do I have to email you digital pictures or can I mail
you prints?

Either is just fine. If you mail
us prints, please include your name and confirmation number
as well as a self-addressed stamped envelope if you would
like the prints returned.


What if I want more than 4 pictures in my picture loop?

Our base pricing allows for up to
4 photos, but for a small customization fee, we can add
as many as you like. Customization Fees normally start
at $10 but vary for each request depending on the complexity.

Does having more than 4 pictures in my picture loop affect
the speed?

Remember that more pictures makes
for a longer loading time at the start. If you have a
lot of friends who connect to the internet using dialup
modems, then you may want to keep the number of pictures
to a minimum.


How long will it take to create the announcement?

Normally 2-3 days, but the time
can vary. Contact
us for the current turn around time.


What if I want an announcement that is not included in
your samples?

We will be adding new samples and
categories. Our selections will include Birth and Graduation
announcements, various invitations, and Thank You and
Christmas cards. We can, however, always customize an
order. Contact us for details and pricing.


Does a Realtor's banner always appear at the bottom of
the announcement?

No. Banners are a special incentive
for realtors, brokers, builders, title companies, or another
company to purchase an announcement for a client. If you
are an individual and you are purchasing the announcement
yourself, then you will not have any banner ads at the
bottom of the page.
